Status name to show customer is grayed out

This documentation shows how to customize the workflow statuses for a request type. However, when I open one of my request types (and navigating to the Workflow statuses tab), I couldn't edit any status name to show customer. They're all grayed out.  Does anyone know how to edit this second column?

I'm not sure what would prevent you from being able to edit those values.  In my Cloud site, these do appear to be greyed out, but I can still click the field name, and type in my own text, then click save at the bottom like so:

In that example, I have only changed the first field name.  

I am curious as to what might prevent you from being able to do this.  What browser are you using?

I'm able to now. I guess I wasn't expected it to be grayed out or when you clicked on it something would change to indicate an edit mode.
