Hi,

I am looking for a function or add-on within JIRA SD to create and view Support times especially the responsible Person.

We have differnt Teams and one Person is always responsible for the Support.
Is there any way to Show that within a Dashboard for each day ?

Hi Gernot,

Not natively is there a way that I know about.  If you are Server this is an excellent Add-on: Elevator that will allow you to distribute to teams and see who's on call and escalate and all those good things.
