The first customer request status found, does not appear to match the actual issues current customer

We have a lot of these entries in our logs: 

"The first customer request status found, does not appear to match the actual issues current customer request status. Attempt a re-sort operation before return results"

It looks like the same issue reported in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-64067, but it should be fixed in 4.20.x which we are running.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

Hi @Sune Vester Lindhe 

There could be an add-on related issue if you use them in transitions. You may need to update the versions. Can you please identify if any add-on library is used?
