URL whitelisting for Jira Service Desk Portal

Hi,

I would like to whitelist the URL of the Jira Service Desk Portal. We are also using Nginx, therefore I tried to allow and deny IP through the location part however I was getting the 404 Error (for the allow IPs).

Does anyone know who this can be solved through Nginx configurations?
