I recently upgraded our Jira ServiceDesk to 7.13.0.
Now when I am trying to organise our queues, I am finding that I am unable to delete them.
When I try to delete a queue, I get the following error:
Error
Something has gone wrong with your request. If symptoms persist contact your System Administrator.
I'm not really sure what could be causing this.
I've had a look in the atlassian-jira.log but nothing in there in relation to this.
We also use the "Queue Collapse for JIRA Service Desk" add-on. I tried to disable that as a test, but I get the error "An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information.".
Which logs does it mean? Checked atlassian-jira.log but nothing in there.
Any help would be lovely please.

Which permissions do you have?
Just remember that you also cannot delete a queue when it contains any tickets..
