Running jira data center (software 8.20.10, service management 4.20.10) with proforma version v8.5.4-DC.

Unable to reindex after creating proforma form issues.

Looking at the issue property via rest api (api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/properties)

Errors in jira logs after reindexing, or trying to transition the issue (Indexing failed with errors)

DocValuesField "ISSUEPROP_proforma.forms$schemaversion" appears more than once in this document

Any help will be much appreciated.

I recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) with your support zip attached to your ask for the support team to advise the next steps.

Your other option is to identify where the specific FORM is associated with in your project, and then delete it.  Afterward, recreate the FORM again to see if the specific FORM is the root cause because it is not properly configured.
