Unable to save a newly created banner jpg

Hi,

I am unable to save my new customer banner. I am able to load it and see the resultat, but the save configuration failed with this message : "Error uploading banner image".

If I create a png file (1600x360) with one color, I am able to load and save.

If I add extra colors to this image, I am unable to save the file. 

Issue is the same with JPG or PNG format....

Any ideas?

Seem to be a bug.
