Hello Team,
Suddenly unable to view queues. The same permissions and configuration is implemented in the UAT and the queues are visible there. But in the production, the queues are not visible.
What could be the possibility, I have tried reindexing and restarting the Jira by clearing the cache data i.e bundled plugins.
Could you please provide me with a solution ASAP?
