Hi,
We have Service Desk projects for different software products that we sell.
Some of our customers have several of our products and the organization these users are in, are used on the different projects.
Now it seems that some users should only be allowed to create tickets in one project and not in another. Other users should be allowed to create tickets in all projects.
How can this be achieved without removing these users from the organization (because they should be able view all tickets in all projects).
Also creating 2 Organizations isn't ok either since they should be able to see all tickets for all the products.
Thanks for the advice!
Why not assign said users to groups and then limit the "Create issue" permission where needed?
