Where do I find the settings for the Incoming Mail queue "Filtered out" emails?

I have configure Purge set to purge messages older than 1 month. However, the "Filtered Out"messages shows over 2500. Within the queue I am not seeing about  the most recent 1000 filtered messages. Is there a setting to change this?

Following up, as I am still not seeing the recent filtered messages. I have only 1500 in the filtered queue now and not seeing the most recent.
