Why are there a 194 untriaged bugs for Jira Service Desk Server?

Browsing the JSD Server Jira project I found 194 reported bugs in an untriaged state.

 

If Atlassian aren't even triaging bug reports what hope do we have of seeing them resolved any time soon?

 

Hope Atlassian can comment here on the status of this and what they are doing to address it.
