Why do I get a server error trying to use ScriptRunner hasLinks() function?

Copy pasting the example JQL query from https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.6.6/jira/jql-functions.html#_haslinks returns 'Error occurred communicating with the server" - this is the same with any JQL I write that attempts to use this function.  Also curious, hasLinkType("XYZ") works fine.  Jira Server v8.2.3, JSD v4.2.3 and ScriptRunner v5.6.6 currently installed.

I also get this error in the Chrome Dev Console...

Adaptavist answered my issue report on their JSD to advise this is due to an incompatibility with the JQL Tricks function of the same name, and sure enough if I disable the other function, hasLinks() works exactly as expected https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.6.6/jira/jql-functions.html#_function_name_clashes_with_other_plugins
