Why does the Service Desk Workload report include "bot" users?

Just started a cloud trial of Service Desk and it appears to have sucked in the automation accounts as agents for the project.  I've explicitly set the users, but there appears to be no way to remove them from the workload report.

Anyone have any ideas?

The worst part is that the non-human users are listed first...SD_workload.png

Not sure about the matching Cloud issue, but for Server it is https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6032
