Why is the criteria field on my filter count dashboard gadget always not rendered?

Mardhiah Hamid July 30, 2018

I'm unable to define the criteria of my filters because sometimes the text doesn't show or I would need to highlight the text to check that it's in. The workaround is using the issue navigator to work out the query and then pasting on the "critieria" field on the gadget and hope it works.

Sometimes the workaround doesn't work. Meaning, if i save the gadget with the criteria, and then edit it again, i find that the criteria wasn't saved.

Help... I sometimes end up deleting and re-adding "counts" on the gadget and this has been really frustrating.

Which gadget has this "criteria" field?

It's a filter count gadget.

That's not a standard Atlassian gadget.  Which add-on is providing it?

It's an Atlassian gadget. Here's a snap shot of it.image.png
