Good morning, I have a bitbucket account, I've been using it until yesterday, when I went to login today, I received the message: "YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT" "IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED"

Our support team will process this soon. Once they do that, then they can reactivate the account. That ticket is the correct channel to reactivate the account in this case.
