how to have a pre populated text on a request form in jira service desk customer portal

I want a  description to be pre populated on the request form of a particular request type in jira service desk . This description will help the customer with the instructions to raise a request.

Hi Rajkumar,

You can add instructions on each request type.
Please, go to Project settings > Request types > Click on "Edit fields" for the desired request type and then you can add the description.
