Our JIRA instance(7.13.1) is running on AWS cloud. We didn't make any unusual changes to it but since four days, JIRA is constantly going down or runs very slow.
CPU usage doesn't go beyond 10% and 20 GB RAM is available of the total RAM.
I need advice on what things I need to check to fix the problem.
Seems the problem can be related with this

Hello @Kurt Klinner
II'll suggest to check the JVM allowed memory.
Usually it is thr problem.
Increase it and restart the Jira.

Do you have access to the logs of the instance, to check for any kind of exceptions?
What kind of database are you using? Did you check on that end?
Cheers
Kurt

Agree with Robert suggestion.
Looking at the shared messages you can see that there are several outofmemory messages, meaning that you will need to increase the jvm memory settings
All the best
Kurt
