Access to issue when transition screen is opened

Hi magicians,

I would like to be able to scroll through issue when the transition form is displayed. This would make it easier to write a summary of all the comments so far. I need this in specific transitions.

It seems to me that I should remove the <div> (or at least remove the css class from it). Is it possible to achieve this using scriptrunner, the code in the announcement banner, or some other way?

 When I run "Inspect" in google chrome, and hidden the div, then I have what I need.

@Maciej Łukasz Wojszkun You might be able to use CSS to accomplish what you are hoping to do but it would make the change for everyone and it might break other things depending on how the class is used.
