Accidentally used production Jira license on test server during migration; seeking guidance for upgr

I created a test jira server in Azure(7.9.2) same like production jira server in Aws(7.9.2) but I see the Production licence key same like I seen in test jira server also...How its possible and I will tell u what I did,I take a backup of home,Installation directory in Production server and also database taken the backup and I restored into test server home and installation directory and created a empty database and restore the database...When I startup the jira test server in Azure,its working fine but few customfields missing and when I check the licence both production and test server having same key...I didn't do any thing Just start the test server and I open the licence tab and key is already there its not New key.....My goal is to upgrade to 9.4 version but How can we achieve this one...

Did you check that apps has a valid license too ?

its all Expired

You can replace them by trial license or developer license if you have active license for these apps. You should be able to get developer license from my.atlassian.com using the account register as technical contact.
