Add description to URL for logging work

My URL for logging work to an issue looks like:

How can I add the "Work Description" to the URL?

You may add &comment=<Description> to the URL like this:

https://company.atlassian.net/secure/CreateWorklog!default.jspa?key=NTA-2266&timeLogged=2.98&comment=Description of work

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
