Add-on License questions

Hello,

So is this confirmed that Jira does not allow to buy less number of License for additional Add-on, which means if Jira Core is having 50 users than you have to buy same number of License for additional Jira Add-on example Jira Portfolio. Please suggests.

No. 

Your add-on licence must be at the same level as, or higher than, the highest tier of application you have.  I

f you only have Core, then yes, it is a simple 1:1 - 50 Core users means you have to buy add-ons for 50 users. 

If you have Software and/or Service Desk, then you need the highest level.  For example, if you have 5 Service Desk Agents, 50 Core users and 100 Software, you have 155 users in total, but the highest tier is the 100 Software users, so your add-ons only have to be bought for 100 users.
