Hello,
In Jira software (on cloud)...
I created a new dashboard, and I need that some users will see that dashboard.
What I can see, that only site admin can be added (and not any other user).'
How can I add new users that can see the dashboard I've created.
Thanks.
When you share a dashboard you have some options to choose the users:
* Public - anybody (also not logged in user) can see the dashboard
* Any-Logged-In User
* Project - You can choose a whole project that has access to the dashboard (everybody that has access to the project can see the dashboard) or you can restrict it to a project role. the problem with project role is that the creator of a dashboard (so you) has to be part of that project role to be able to select it. so when you are "only" in the project role "site admin" you can only share it with that role or the whole project.
* Group - similar to project, share the dashboard with all members of a group, but you have to be part of the group too to be able to select it
