Added value to existing issue security group and value is not there in the dropdown

Just added a new group to the Issue Security so when I select that field, there is a new group. I can see the other groups but the new group isn't showing up. There is a group associated to this new Issue Security group.  Does it take time to show up? what am I doing wrong?

Nevermind - it now showed up so may just have been timing.
