When I enter OnDemand from Google Apps I get the OnDemand Log in page and the following message: Unable to lookup the remote identity provider . I need to enter the password for the OnDemand instance. Any ideas to resolve this?
The best approach would be to run through the Gapps integration one more time from your end. Ensure that you are effectively removing and re-adding the app in marketplace. Let us know if you are still unable to proceed.
Have tried deletion and reinstallation multiple times revoking data first in some cases or using another admin account to login. Setup, deletion and attempted Login from other devices, web browsers. Still unable to proceed.
