Adding users to dashboard ownership

hi,

i know to change the ownership of a dashboard, i should have JIRA Admin permisssions but is there a way a user can add another user to be the owner of his original dashboard? so that both can be the owners ?

okay. thats what i thought. only JIRA Admin can change the ownership of the dashboard ?

if im the owner of the dashboard, can i change the ownership to another user without having admin rights ?
