hi,

Application link network Error on Jira Application link with confluence after updating SSL on confluence side.

Both my applications are datacenter.

I recently updated the SSL on confluence after that I noticed the application link under the Jira Application shows confluence network error.

however on confluence side it it fine.

Below image is on Jira side under Application Link Section.

Hi @Saqib Dar ,

What exactly have you changed about SSL? Have you renewed the certificate or something else?

Have you tried to update the application link in both side?

You should check the  atlassian-confluence.log to have a detailed error to detect the source problem.

I renewed the certificate on confluence side, i can see link is connected on the confluence, However, on Jira side it is showing network error for confluence.

It could be caused by expired certificate or the site registered in the certificate doesn't correspond.
