Assets post-functions not working

Dear all,

after the last migration of Jira (v9.12.2), I'm unable to create / update Assets Post function (but what is strange is that on our dev server, which host the same jira version, it works fine..)

on the log, I got:

what could be the cause?

ok, so, it seems we need to be sysadmin to be able to edit / use the assets postfunctions...

an admin rights is not sufficient..

is there someone in Atlassian support that can help ? it's very annoying as I can no longer use / update Asset post functions

we disable the safeguard routine, but seems having same problem
