Attachments sent in email are not shown in Jira Service Desk v4.4.3

I am facing a strange behavior in the Jira Service Desk outgoing notification which does not display the images in the notification.

Can some one help with fixing this issue? Or how can we view this snippet?

An example snippet is attached below.

It has to do with authentication between the mail client and the JSM system. There isn't a perfect solution here other than natively including the attachments in the email. This is a functionality we support in Notification Assistant for Jira. Specifically you can either replace native notifications in JSM using Triggered Notifications or you can use our Send Email from Issue functionality.

We have the authentication with the mail client and the JSM system. Still we see this issue on attaching some images using the JIRA browser. I assume this is some bug.
