Authentication JIRA and Stash failed

Hello, i just installed JIRA and had no problem with it. When i logged into my dashboard, it give notification about integrate the application in Stash for Activity Stream.

However when authenticate, the new page suddenly disappear and i redirected to previous page. BUT

1. In activity Stream, it still give notification about "Authenticate with Stash"
2. On Stash, My Account > Authorized application still show "No application are using your account to access Stash Data"

Any idea what missing here ?
