Hi everyone!

Is there any possible way to automatically share a new created request with specified users in Jira customer portal?

If you wish to include specific customers only then you need some form of automation or scripting for this. The other option is to share an issue with all members in an Organization by enabling “Organization added” Nader customer notifications. Note this is available in Cloud and I assume it is in Server version.
