Automatically add various items from story when creating a sub-task

Is there a way to have the following filled in from the story when adding a sub-task:

• Fix version 
• Summary

BTW we have Adaptavist Scriptrunner and Automation Lite for Jira add-on installed

Mmmm with add-ons sure you can, and out of the box... don't think that it can be achieved.

If you have something like automation or scriptrunner it could be done
