Automating a transition when the transition has a condition

I like to schedule a transition but only a specific group has the right to do so. If I change the state manually all the post functions of the transition will be missed.

Sorry I don't know how I missed this but just now I am seeing the transition in the list. Don't understand why missed it at the first place. Very strange. I really looked thoroughly.
