We are using Automation Module Version: 2.0.1 in our JIRA Service Desk 3.1.9. Unfortunatelly we receive error everytime when try to make any action. For example: "Transition issue - Transitioned to workflow step with id IT: Service Desk- INC / SR|||71. Fields set: ''"
The error: "It seems that you have tried to perform a workflow operation (START WORKING) that is not valid for the current state of this issue (IT-604). The likely cause is that somebody has changed the issue recently, please look at the issue history for details."
