Average number of times single JIRA tickets have had the status of 'Reopened'.

John Corless February 22, 2017

Hi

I'm hoping to learn how to find statistics showing average defect fix failure rates.

So I'm looking to find average number of times that Jira tickets that have been 'Reopened' (status change) by our QA team. Is there a way this could also be broken down by the JIRA Assignee to see which developers have the highest average of 'Reopened' tickets over a monthly period.

This would need to account for the average number of times single JIRA tickets have had the status of 'Reopened'.

i.e. Developer A has completed 40 JIRA tickets this month but the average number of times a ticket has had to be 'Reopened' is 2.
