Backups - Necessary License Keys

I will be doing a Cloud -> Temp Server and a Live Server -> Temp Server (this is just a test scenario) full system backup. What license keys will I need to save before completing any full system backups?

None.

You will need a production licence for the target restoration system, and I'd recommend a developer licence for the temp server.  But there's nothing to save on Cloud, the licence there only applies to the Cloud system and is dropped on export.

Thanks. If I export a backup from Jira Live and will be importing it to Jira Temp, should I put Jira Temp's license key in the License box so it overrides Jira Live's licenses in the backup file so one license is not located on two instances?
