Based on Jira Sub Module the issue will be auto assigned to user

Could you please help how to achieve this.

If I create a Jira Issue and select a module and sub-module, can the issue be auto-assigned to a particular user based on the sub-module?

If you wish to use custom fields for this you will need to leverage and automation/scripting addon (automation for jira, Scriptrunner, power scripts, etc). If you can leverage Compoments then you could Assignee a default assignee by component.
