Batch Email Notifications feature not available in my jira server instance

I can't find the "Batching email notification" feature in our jira server v7.13 instance (See attachement).

Hi @ebenothmen  Batch email notification is only avaialble for JIRA Server version 8 and above,that's why you can't see the option.
