This is for an instance of using JIRA to track project management type tasks for 4 project managers, so I don't think a Scrum or Kanban board is what I'm looking for.
I'd like to use something like JIRA's "Assigned to Me" gadget on a dashboard called "My Team's Dashboard" or something. The dashboard would have 4 of these gadgets, each one showing a list of tasks across multiple projects assigned to each of my 3 team members. It would be really great if I could drag and drop issues to reassign.
I was able to create filters for each person:
assignee = smithec1 AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY priority DESC
But even with the "Favorite Filters" JIRA gadget, it isn't quite what I want:
Instead of just links to the filters, I'd like a gadget for each filter, that will show the list of issues right in the gadget.
What's the best way to go about this?
I found a solution: I was able to use the "Filter Results: dashboard gadget.
