Break down timing per Groups

We would like to implement the clock based on Assigned group irrespective of the status of the ticket.

Clock should run as long as it is assigned to one group and if the assigned group changed then again it should log the duration of each assigned group.

could you please suggest available method.

Hello 

Start with the below process and as usual trigger and confition defining is the fundamentals:
Then actions are
'Start/Stop timer' action to start and stop the clock
'Log work; action to log the duration for each assigned group and save which should solve the issue
