When attempting to obatin the MSI at work I kept getting a 512k file (incomplete). I just tried from home and received the entire 2.7meg. I asked our IT if they were blocking anything before I posted here; have to hit them up again tomorrow.

At what point does the helper fail: downloading, installing or using?
