I'm in a JIRA Cloud instance on the new UI of JIRA.
I’m having some problems in exporting Jira data from a custom field (select cascading type) in excel. Some action I used to do for extracting data, that have always worked properly, are giving me some troubles.
For example : in JIRA, i've got an issue with a custom field (select cascading type).
We will call this custom field "Root cause".
On the issue inside JIRA, i can read for "Root cause".
- Value A and Value Z choose and save in JIRA (In issue view or in search view)
But, if I extract in csv the data, I get
- Value A and Value A
I checked on old files extracted and this problem started approximately a week ago.
Moreover also extracting “current fields” give a wrong result, not returning visualized fields.
Is that a bug ?
