Bulk archive JIRA Projects

We are trying to clean up our JIRA instance. What is the best method to archive the projects in bulk. We have projects more than 2000

Assuming you're on Jira server, create a new permission scheme and add all projects to this scheme. Instructions are here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/archiving-a-project-861253768.html#Archivingaproject-Onlinearchiving

Great news if you're on Data Center, you can archive the projects using the REST API.
