I am currently working with a customer that uses burndown chart to monitor their sprint and want this business requirement to be met at the close on issue
1. The chart should have the remaining estimate with a close action(post function) in place to return zero(0) for remaining estimate when an issue is closed
2. And the end of the sprint or when all the issues are close. the line for remaining values to converge to zero
Tried a solution with a graph, close to what the customer wants but the remaining displayed zero, when the issue is closed.
Please community any idea on how to go about this?
Hi @Work Admin,
Try the Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.
When configured to calculate by Time Remaining & Time Spent, the gadget considers an issue with remaining zero if it is done, event if its remaining estimate field is not zero. So it might do the trick for you. The gadget can also count the sub-tasks.
Same for Velocity gadget and Release Burndown Burnup Chart gadget.
