Burndown charts broken after switch to hours

We recently stopped using story points and started using the original estimate field and remaining estimate.  We have a post function on the workflow that sets remaining hours to zero upon issue closure.  I switched the board configuration estimation statistic to burndown based on original estimate but nothing is happening and we've gone through two sprint cycles. I changed it to issue count and still nothing is happening. Its as if the issues are not being recognized as done.  Anyone have a similar experience?

Hello,

I recommend you to check the following details:

- Make sure your done issues are properly configured with a valid resolution - The resolution is not configured as "Unresolved"

- Confirm if the statuses of your done issues are properly mapped in the last column of your board. You can check this information on Board settings > Columns.

- Check if the same problem happens if you don't use the post function to clear the Estimation
