CPU 80-100% in JIRA Tomcat

We are noticed that our JIRA instance is constantly 80-100 % CPU usage. But there were no out of memory errors. The access logs are attached. please anybody can analyze the logs ?

The files attached do not contain the raw logfile information but it is clear from these that there have been a couple of peaks of usage on your system. You should investigate to see if this is genuine usage in which case you will need to consider increasing the capacity of your system to support such usage or if this is not genuine usage in which case you will need to take steps to prevent recurrence of the usage. For example blocking inappropriate IP addresses.

You may want to open a support ticket with Atlassian.

You should review your web server log file to see what sort of requests and their location were coming in during the high peak usage.
