Can I add more than one license in one and the same JIRA instance?

Imagine I have 120 JIRA users. Can I buy a 100 user license plus a 25 users license and add them both in one and the same JIRA installation?

Answer accepted

No. You can only have one licence at a time - for 120 users, you'll need a 250 seat licence.
