Can I change the heading on the "Jira Subscription" email?

I have set-up a weekly subscription to email our users, but I want to get rid of the "Jira Subscription" in the email subject line. When users see "Subscription", they think it has to do with payment for JIRA!

I have titled the filer "My issues - due now or within 1 week" but can't get rid of the "JIRA Subscription" at the start. Any ideas?
