Can I create a jira issue using Jira cloud plugin.

Hi Team,

I would like to integrate Jira with slack using Jira cloud so that I can create, edit, transition states etc. I do not see a command to create Jira issues in Jira cloud plugin documentation. Please help me if I am missing something here.

There are a couple of options (like https://jirioslackapp.com/jirio-jira-slack-integration-app-slack/) but I know slack is working on their own software to support this.
