Can I exclude notifications to myself when creating a sub-task

I have my extended notifications for an Issue Created event (amongst other events) set to Parent Assignee, Parent Reporter, and Parent Watchers, but even if I personally fall into one of those roles, I'd like to not receive email notification if I'm the one triggering the event.  (e.g. I'm creating the sub task, so I already know about it, I don't need to receive a notification email also)

@Joe Pitt I have that turned off in my profile, and I don't normally receive notifications for events that I trigger, but when I added the subtask-toolkit and I went tested it on an issue I created and assigned to myself.  When I created a sub task and assigned it to myself, I still got the email notification.

You can turn off notifications for your work in your profile. I normally set that to No in the global setting when setting up JIRA initially
