Can I move private comments from buzgilla into Jira?

In bugzilla it is possible to have private comments, as it is in JIRA. 

Does Jira Importers Plugin (JIM) allow this options?

Hoewever you may want to do a test import in a staging instance and see how the private comments are getting imported, possibly there is a way to flag them as internal.
